Absolutely phenomenal experience with Flowers by Edith this week. My mother and I stopped by the downtown Lakeland location to order a casket spray for my father's funeral. We were greeted my a very nice woman and my mom showed her a picture of something she liked online from another florist. She said she could take care of that no problem and offered it a much lower price than we were expecting (and almost HALF of what the other online florist had it listed for!). We counter-offered with a little extra $$ to make sure it was very nice and full, and she assured us it would be great. Later that afternoon, mom decided it needed some white roses, so she called back and revised the order. I stopped by the following day to settle up for this additional request and they wouldn't take another dollar because they said we had already given them "more than enough to work with" and assured us again that it was still going to look amazing. When we arrived for the service and saw the flowers, we were absolutely blown away by how perfect they looked - literally better than the picture we had showed them - and with SEVENTEEN white roses added in for good measure. I can't say enough great things

I contacted the florist around 9am because there advertisement said "same day delivery ". I didn't know that same day ment end of day! I'm in Texas and couldn't make it today to my daughter's birthday in Florida so I wanted to send her flowers and love. I spoke to the florist and placed my order for $318.00 worth of flowers. I didn't negotiate the cost, I did my partner and expected them to do there part. I said to the lady on the phone when I placed the order that the flowers had to be there before 2pm because my daughter had other engagements. She assured me they would be there. I called back at 1:42pm and she told me the driver had the flowers on the truck and they were being delivered. I called back at 3:26pm after getting my daughter to delay her other appointments and was told by another lady that the driver was "loading up the flowers now"! I expressed alllllll of my earlier conversations and her disposition on the phone was very "of well"! I asked her please, please, please have the flowers delivered it's important considering I'm not there. By 4:05 my daughter had to leave to go get ready for her party and still no flowers. I live in the Chicagoland area and I was looking for a flora shop in the Lakeland area. One of my best friends/sister had an upcoming birthday and I wanted to send flowers to her. The search for a florist was a grueling effort. I kept reaching businesses that were nowhere near my friends address. Luckily, on my fourth try, I had the pleasure of actually speaking with a kind young lady from this florist who graciously helped me with my order. A few days later, it was such a surprise to receive a text from my friend that she received the flowers. She said they beautiful. I'm so glad she like them. That was my hug from far away! Later she sent me photo of the flowers (without me asking, so she must really like them...lol). They were darling...not too over the top but suttle and refined like her. Thank you FBE for making this occasion special

I could not say enough good things about my experience with Flowers by Edith. Not living in the area as well finding a florist I can trust will deliver fresh beautiful flowers is such a relief. They sent my sister a gorgeous arrangement for her 50th birthday. She loved them. They were delivered on time as well. Thank you for your service you provide and I can’t wait to order again. 100% worth every penny spent!

My neice in Lakeland recommended you so I could send flowers to my sister-in-law for a get well gesture. I looked up the options and decided to send online which I have never done before so skeptical. It was easy to do and it was mid afternoon but asked for same day delivery or next morning. I was stunned when she got them late the same afternoon. I upgraded to premium. I had my neice take a pic of them and I must say I am not disappointed. You made a gorgeous arrangement and she loves them and the fast same day delivery was so very much appreciated. I live in North Carolina but I highly recommend Flowers by Edith to anyone who wants a quality gift for anyone. They will be as pleased as I am. Thank you so very much for helping me cheer up my sweet sister-in-law.
